RTOs do not have data before 2010. Due to which Digi Locker or mParivahan Apma people cannot upload documents.
New Delhi: DigiLocker was launched by the Modi government in 2015, moving in the direction of Digital India. This is an app where you can save all the documents you need in digital format and use it whenever you need it. With the introduction of the new Motor Vehicle Act, people are increasingly using the mParivahan app released by DigiLocker and Transport. However, complaints about not uploading the document have also arisen.
If you have a license prior to 2010 and you have to keep a document in Digi Locker or mParivahan app, you will still have to stand in line to get backlocked at the RTO office. Because the RTO did not have data prior to 2010. Due to which Digi Locker or mParivahan Apma people cannot upload documents.
In view of the difficulty of the people, it was announced by the government that the drivers could keep their documents in their Digi Locker or mParivahan app by uploading their own license, PUC, RC Book. And can be shown during checking.
But people are having trouble not uploading the document in Digi Locker or mParivahan. Aadhaar card is also one of the reasons people do not upload in both these apps Because both Digi Locker or mParivahan will link to all the document support in the app. And the base name should have the same name in another document.
If the name is different in the base and in the other document then the document will not be uploaded. Also, it will not happen even if there is a license before 2010 or a vehicle document. Because the back has to be locked first. If all the documents have the same name and the RTO software has data only then you can upload Digi Locker or mParivahan data.
